Service process

1. Pre sales service

2. Installation and debugging
Safely transport the equipment to the installation location designated by the customer within the specified time, and dispatch technical engineers to the site for installation. If the installation and debugging conditions are basically met on site, the technical engineer will complete the equipment installation and debugging within 1-2 days, and ensure that the installation site environment is clean and tidy.
3. After sales training
After installation and debugging, the company provides free technical training to operators on site until they can use the equipment normally. The training content includes training on operating procedures, basic cleaning and maintenance of the machine, and handling common hardware faults.
4. Equipment maintenance

Provide one-year free equipment warranty, free technical consultation, software upgrade, and lifelong maintenance services. Timely respond to customer needs within 24 hours.


Testing and Calibration Services

1. Doppel Company provides calibration and on-site testing services for all sensors. Calibration services can be provided at any time, and calibration reports can be issued at the same time.

2. Flowmeter calibration services are all completed in the Doppel testing and calibration laboratory. All calibration reference equipment can be traced back to the National Standards Center and regularly recalibrated to ensure the reliability of calibration.
