The wall mounted ultrasonic flowmeter measures the liquid flow rate inside a circular tube based on the principle of velocity difference method. This series of instruments adopts low-power digital design technologies such as digital transmission, digital reception, digital analysis, and digital output. The instrument measures accurately and operates reliably, making it more suitable for the needs of industrial sites.
The types of converters include wall mounted, disk mounted, and integrated.
The sensor forms include: plug-in type, pipe section type, and external clamp type.
Micro power consumption and digital design: The entire machine adopts micro power consumption hardware and software design, which conducts digital transmission, digital reception, and digital analysis of ultrasonic signals, achieving comprehensive digital design, and the overall power consumption is less than 0.3W. The battery powered overall power consumption is only 0.2mW.
Excellent measurement and management functions: Adopting scientific analysis and calculation techniques in software design to ensure accurate measurement functions. In addition, a management function has been designed, allowing this series of instruments to access instrument operating data from the previous decade at any time.
Flexible maintenance performance: Adopting reversing adaptive technology, this series of instruments can automatically eliminate zero point errors during the measurement process, and can replace converters and sensors at will during maintenance without affecting measurement accuracy.
Chinese character technology: The data input and measurement process of the instrument are all displayed in Chinese characters, allowing the operator to operate without using the manual.
Plug-in ultrasonic flowmeter: It can be installed and maintained without stopping production. We use ceramic sensors and our company's dedicated drilling device for continuous production and installation. Generally, it is a single channel measurement, and in order to improve measurement accuracy, three channels can be selected.
Tubular ultrasonic flowmeter: The pipeline needs to be cut open for installation, but future maintenance may not be discontinued. You can choose between mono or tri channel sensors.
External clamp ultrasonic flowmeter: capable of completing fixed and mobile measurements. Install using a special coupling agent (room temperature cured silicone rubber or high-temperature long chain polymer grease) without damaging the pipeline during installation.
