The working principle of the DPLLD plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. In an electromagnetic flowmeter, the conductive medium inside the measuring tube is equivalent to a conductive metal rod in the Faraday experiment, and the two electromagnetic coils at the upper and lower ends generate a constant magnetic field. When a conductive medium flows through, an induced voltage is generated. The two electrodes inside the pipeline measure the induced voltage generated. The measurement pipeline achieves electromagnetic isolation from the fluid and measurement electrodes through non-conductive lining (rubber, Teflon, etc.).
The structure of the electromagnetic flowmeter sensor is simple, and there are no movable components in the measuring tube, and there are no throttling components that hinder fluid flow;
Can measure the flow rate of dirty, corrosive, and suspended liquid-solid two-phase flow;
During the measurement process, it is not affected by the temperature, viscosity, density, or conductivity (within a certain range) of the measured medium;
The output of an electromagnetic flowmeter is only proportional to the average flow velocity of the measured medium, and is independent of the flow state (laminar or turbulent) under symmetrical distribution;
Electromagnetic flow meters have no mechanical inertia and are sensitive in response. They can measure instantaneous pulsating flow and can also measure flow in both positive and negative directions;
The caliber selection range of industrial electromagnetic flow meters is wide.
