1. If the fluid flow rate in the pipeline is lower than the starting flow rate of the flowmeter or there is no fluid flow rate, the solution is to increase the fluid flow rate to meet the flow rate requirements of the flowmeter.
2. There is an error in the connection of power and signal outputs. The solution is to correctly connect the circuit according to the circuit diagram.
1. If the power system is unstable or other electrical control interference occurs, a power regulator should be added to eliminate strong current and magnetic field interference.
2. When the grounding system of the flowmeter is poor or is affected by other strong currents and grounding interference, grounding should be used correctly and some other factors should be eliminated.
It is possible that the water surface is not calm and fluctuates greatly. Electromagnetic noise interference, inverter noise, and ultrasound can encounter false water surface reflection targets. Ultrasound enters a dead corner, and the detector and main body wiring are incorrect.
Solution: Try to install it in a stable place on the water surface, replace the power supply or use an isolated power supply. The main body should be reliably grounded separately, and be far away from the inverter. Replace the installation device to avoid the ultrasonic waves emitted by the probe hitting both sides of the water path and other obstacles. According to the instructions, rewire the wiring. If there is an extension cable midway, please pay attention to the wiring sequence and connect the shielding layer of the wire.
This state indicates that the system is in a loss of wave state. The possible reason is that the measured distance exceeds the range of the flowmeter. The measured medium has strong disturbances, waves, agitation, etc. There are strong interference sources such as frequency converters and motors around. The probe is not aligned with the measured plane. There are obstacles such as support rods and material openings in the measured space. The liquid level has entered a dead corner.
Solution:
1. When the measured distance exceeds the range, it is necessary to replace the flowmeter with a larger range. If there is noise, the machine will automatically resume normal measurement after the measured medium stabilizes, or use a waveguide tube with a diameter of 150mm to install the flowmeter;
2. Open channel flowmeter grounding, power isolation, output signal line isolation;
3. Recalibrate the probe, the probe must be perpendicular to the measured page. Choose a suitable installation location again and try not to cause interference. The installation height of the probe should not be too high, and the installation height of the probe's radial surface should be greater than the distance between the upper limit of the liquid level and the dead angle.
The ultrasonic open channel flowmeter did not display, possibly due to a lack of power connection, poor contact of the LCD panel, and damage to the LCD panel.
