Submersible electromagnetic flowmeter

The DPLLD/Q series submersible electromagnetic flowmeter is composed of a submersible electromagnetic flow sensor and an L-mag electromagnetic flow converter, used to continuously measure the volume flow rate of various conductive liquids or liquid-solid two-phase media in open channels, underground channels, or pipelines. The measurement accuracy is not affected by changes in physical parameters such as temperature, pressure, viscosity, density (including liquid-solid ratio) of the measured medium, as long as the conductivity of the measured medium is greater than 20 μ S/cm, the instrument measurement is not affected by changes in conductivity.

Suitable for measuring open channels, underground channels, and river channels. Suitable for circular, rectangular, trapezoidal, and other shaped channels. The measurement is not affected by changes in river water levels, tides, downstream water levels, etc. The requirements for the upstream and downstream straight channel sections are low, and the installation requirements are low. It can be slightly modified on the original channel. Short construction cycle and low installation cost.

Product Characteristics

The submersible electromagnetic flowmeter has a simple structure and no movable components, and has strong anti fouling, anti blocking, or corrosion resistance. Therefore, it can be used in fluids containing suspended or bonded substances;

The submersible electromagnetic flowmeter has a wide measurement coverage range, with a normal application range of 20:1 and generally 30:1 or greater;

The flowmeter is a bidirectional measurement system equipped with three integrators: forward total, reverse total, and difference total;

It can display positive and negative flow rates and has multiple outputs: current, pulse, digital communication, and HART;

The converter adopts surface mount technology (SMT) with self checking and self diagnosis functions;

The measurement is not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity.
