Job responsibilities:
1. Write a hardware implementation plan;
2. Determine technology and assess risks;
3. Estimate the material cost, investment, and development time of the hardware part;
4. Monitoring and evaluation results;
5. Write a hardware testing plan;
6. Design, control, and implement electronic systems and products;
7. Develop manufacturing processes according to engineering specifications and standards;
8. Collaborate with product and project managers to manage engineering projects and deliver them on time;
9. Participate in the formulation and review of customer needs;
10. Ensure that installation and application meet customer needs and safety standards;
11. Collaborate with technical personnel to design and apply new system processes;
12. Summarize data and report test results;
13. Check the requirements for new equipment, calculate costs, and assist in preparing budgets.
Job requirements:
1. More than 8 years of work experience, with professional knowledge in electronic engineering, understanding PCB, BOM, EMC and other processes;
2. Possess practical experience in hardware and software development;
3. Deeply understand the electrical manufacturing process;
4. Understand electronic engineering specifications and safety standards;
5. Good problem-solving skills;
6. Pay attention to details;
7. Strong organizational and communication coordination skills;
8. Majors in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or Instrumentation, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and a master's degree preferred;
9. English proficiency and FPGA technology are preferred.
